I work with both women and mens health issues. I use a holistic approach combined with evidence based treatments and work with each person to develop a plan that feels good and is achievable.
Initial Consultation 60 min $190
During this comprehensive consultation we will deep dive into your current health concerns, health history, dietary and lifestyle habits along with a review of any current pathology results.
After your initial consultation you will receive a personalised treatment plan based on your health goals, including any dietary and lifestyle recommendations along with a personalised nutritional and herbal medicine prescription as indicated.
NB: Consultations are predominately conducted via Telehealth (video chat) and prepayment is required. If your preference is to see me in person please request this when completing your intake form. I am based in Newcastle NSW.
Follow up Consultation (Standard) 30 min $115
Please note: Follow up appointments are for patients who have seen me in the last 12 months. If you haven’t seen me before or your last appointment was more than 12 months ago, please book an initial consultation.
For exisiting patients only. We will assesses how you are progressing, review any further pathology along with tweaking your plan/prescription as needed. Guidance and support for achieving your health goals along with monitoring herbal and nutritional medicine prescriptions and doses will be provided as necessary.

Follow up Consultation (Extended) 40-50 min $145

Complimentary Discovery Call 15min FREE
A free 15-minute discovery phone call to answer questions you may have before deciding that I am the right person to help you address your health concerns. Remember to provide your phone number so I can call you at the scheduled time
Express consultation (Existing clients only) 15-20 mins $65
This appointment type is for existing clients only.
For acute conditions that may pop up in between follow-up appointments, think colds, flus, immune booster or stress tonic etc

Meal Planning Service $145
A customised two week meal plan with shopping list and recipes.
This service includes a 15minute phone call to discuss any nutritional or dietary preferences e.g. gluten free, dairy free, plant based, Mediterranean style or the inclusion of functional foods to address specific health conditions e.g. gout, brain health, arthritis etc
NB:Remember to provide your phone number so I can call you at the scheduled time.
Prescriptions:
Herbal prescriptions and nutritional supplements vary greatly and will be discussed with you at the time of consultation.
General diet and lifestyle advice is included within the consultation fee.
You can access one-on-one telehealth consultations with me from the comfort of your own home. These are video consultations so we will still be able to see each other. They are delivered via Cliniko, an easy to use, high quality video patient management system with secure end-to-end encryption. Cliniko keeps your personal information safe as per the data protection regulations (Australia Privacy Principles). You will receive a link after booking and simply need to click on the link at the time of your appointment to access.
